How we work matters as much as the work we do.
Critical infrastructure demands more than technical expertise. Our approach is built on preparation, qualified people, disciplined procedures, and respect for the environments we serve.
Our Approach
Built on discipline. Defined by accountability. Every service visit should reflect the same standard of care, from the first conversation with site operations to the final documentation and closeout.
-
We begin by understanding the equipment, scope, and operating environment. Before work starts, we coordinate with site operations, confirm the work authorization, review safety requirements, and establish clear expectations. Preparation protects both the systems and the people responsible for them.
-
Our service model is built around two qualified technicians. Personnel must meet applicable training, safety, and site-access requirements before performing unsupervised work. An apprentice does not replace a second qualified technician when the task requires two.
-
Safety is a prerequisite, not an afterthought. Our field standards emphasize lockout/tagout, electrical safety practices aligned with NFPA 70E, OSHA 30 training, and practical emergency readiness. Work is performed within approved procedures, authorized scope, and site-specific requirements.
-
We recognize that we are guests in an active operating environment. Our team checks in with the appropriate personnel, confirms the service ticket and asset identification, communicates before beginning work, and keeps operators informed of relevant findings or changes.
-
The job is not finished when the tools are packed away. We document completed work, communicate findings, identify any necessary follow-up, and close out the service record before leaving the facility. We aim to leave the workspace cleaner and more organized than we found it.
-
We believe technical competence and human responsibility belong together. We take time to acknowledge the people we serve, respect established procedures, communicate clearly, and look for appropriate ways to make each service visit more useful. Accountability extends beyond the equipment.
Our Services
Design and controls review
Review CDU selection, controls wiring and service clearances before equipment is ordered, when changes cost least.
Technical loop fill and flush
Flush, fill and filtration of the technical loop, with cleanliness checks before go-live and during the first weeks of operation.
Loop chemistry and fluid integrity
Sampling with chain of custody, lab analysis, glycol concentration, conductivity and filtration strategy.
Factory witness testing
Attend factory tests as the owner's representative and check sensors, controls and test data before units ship.
Preventive maintenance
Monthly walkthroughs plus quarterly, semiannual and annual programs, with readings logged by asset.
Controls and BMS
Sequence of operations review, BMS points and alarms, and sensor calibration. Firmware updates only where factory-certified.
Commissioning support, Levels 3–5
Level 3 equipment startup, Level 4 functional performance testing and Level 5 integrated systems testing. Valve alignment, expansion tank pre-charge and controls checkout, within project scope and OEM authorization.
Corrective service
Response to CDU and loop faults, with root cause, repair and a documented closeout.
Operations team training
Train the site's operations team on its own CDUs and technical loop: normal operation, alarms, and what to check before calling for service.
